Orders & payments +
Ready-to-ship items with a listed price can be added to your cart. Local-pickup orders are paid securely through Stripe at checkout. Availability is rechecked before payment.
Made-to-order, personalized, and “Ask us” items begin with a request and written quote. Zelle may also be arranged directly with us. Never send payment until you receive verified instructions that include your Thingology order number.
Custom orders +
Custom work begins after the design, price, estimated timeline, and payment are confirmed in writing. Colors may vary slightly between screens, materials, and finished pieces. Minor layer lines are normal in 3D-printed items.
Requested changes after work begins may affect the price and completion date. Personalized and made-to-order items cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Shipping & pickup +
Choose local pickup to pay for ready-to-ship items immediately. For shipped orders, submit your cart and we’ll email the exact shipping rate and secure payment link. Please verify your name and delivery address carefully.
When tracking is available, it will be shared after shipment. Carrier delays are outside Thingology’s control, but we will help investigate a package that appears lost or damaged.
Returns & damaged items +
Unused, non-personalized ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery after contacting us for approval. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Custom and personalized items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
Privacy +
We collect only the information needed to answer requests, create accounts, save custom-order history, and fulfill orders, such as your name, email, delivery details, and design notes. We do not sell personal information.
Account and saved-order data is stored with Supabase and protected so signed-in customers can access only their own orders. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email us.
Product care & safety +
Small parts and 3D-printed pieces may present a choking hazard and are not intended for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended. Unless specifically labeled otherwise, products are decorative or recreational items—not food-safe, medical, or safety equipment.
Keep products away from high heat, open flame, and pets. Care instructions may vary by material and will be provided when needed.
